My process is to understand What are we designing? Why are we designing it? Who are we designing for? What are the features & use cases? Once I understand the research, interviews, and data to identify jobs-to-be-done the strategy begins to take shape. Here I can frame the problem, define goals, and empathize with the users to fully understand the context the solution will live in. I like to sketch things out, do some wireframes and user flows. Then the fun part is when I can do a prototype and test on users.
